Dankness IPA | Available Now

Delivering a powerful hoppy punch, Dankness IPA pairs an unapologetically heavy dose of piney and citrusy hops with a crisp, golden body. After fine tuning the recipe through experimental batches at our brewpub for more than a year, we’re proud to add this innovative West Coast IPA to our award-winning lineup. While many IPAs have trended towards juicy notes with low bitterness, Dankness IPA provides the burst of complex hop flavors and proper bite that die hard hop heads crave.

Available year-round in four packs of 16oz cans and on draft in 50L and 1/6 BBL kegs.

Brewer's Choice IPA Series - We Brew You Review

Help us create the next great IPA. We challenged each of our brewers to create their own experimental recipes and now it’s time for you to put them to the test. Try each one and let us know what you think. We’ll keep tweaking the recipes until we have a winner.

Dankness on the Edge of Town IPA

ABV: 7.0% - IBU: 68

A newly-crafted take on the quintessential West Coast IPA. This surprisingly light-bodied ale, built on a pilsner malt backbone and a touch of light crystal malt, features copious amounts of Citra, Chinook, Columbus & Centennial hops, that comes together to form a “dank” (think cannabis-like) and citrusy delight sure to take you to the promised land.

Gold Digger IPA

ABV: 6.5% - IBU: 65

The second rendition of this experimental IPA is a light-honey-colored ale that radiates notes of lemons, lychee, strawberries and cherries - all wrapped up in hoppy dankness. Featuring Lotus, Idaho Gem, Lemondrop and Barbe Rouge hops. Just a note…the heavenly flavor and aroma will get even better as this delicious pint of brew warms up a touch.

Island Hop’r IPA

7.8% ABV - 75 IBU

This Tropical-Style IPA will launch you straight into vacation mode. Light-bodied and golden-honey-hued, this big, beautiful IPA hits you with a bold hoppy bite, surrounded by bright tropical notes of pineapple, passionfruit & lychee, plus refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit & tangerine. Like any great tropical getaway, we broke the budget, with lavish additions of Sultana, Centennial, Sabro, Lotus & Huell Melon hops. Enjoy the ride!

Named for cherished teacher, counselor and inspirational community volunteer, Sara Fisher, who died in 1992 after a seven-year battle with breast cancer.

100% of contributions to Sara’s Project directly fund patient services, which include:

  • Breast cancer kits with educational materials, local resources and product samples; these kits let newly diagnosed patients know they are not alone

  • Underwriting costs for integrative therapies such as therapeutic massage, acupuncture, yoga and reiki

  • Community education for early detection and risk reduction, plus educational services for breast cancer patients

  • Help for under-insured patients, including mammograms and financial assistance for patients who need help with non-medical expenses such as transportation and childcare
