About the Beer

ABV: 4.8% | IBU: 24

This unfiltered ale is a brewery favorite! Made with 20% rye malt and a splash of honey malt, Stonefly is a wonderfully balanced, medium-bodied beer. Classic Northwest Crystal hops, plus a dry-hop addition of Strata hops create a refreshing taste, which offers hints of spice and citrus, with a crisp, hoppy aroma.

We crafted this West Coast-Style IPA a touch lower in bitterness and alcohol to make it more refreshing and crushable for warm summer months. Featuring distinctive notes of tropical fruit, citrus and melon, along with floral and spicy undertones; Summit Run is the perfect beer for our most adventurous time of the year.

Sisters Stampede | 2021

Every year, we look forward to kicking off the summer event season with the Sisters Stampede mountain bike race, organized by Mudslinger Events. With the start line just over a mile from our brewpub, we’re proud to continue our support of this longstanding event which draws 500 riders from Central Oregon and beyond to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and small town hospitality that Sisters has to offer.

This year’s event will be held on Sunday, May 30th and will be organized in accordance with all government mandated Covid-19 regulations. Racing begins at 9am with staggered wave starts to spread participants. The Pre-Ride practice run starts at 9am Saturday May 22nd and is limited to 25 participants.

“Founded off the spirit of adventure and the generosity of the Willitts family (Owners of Five Pine Lodge who sponsor the event) takes this event to a whole new level.

This annual memorial weekend mountain bike race draws a maximum allowed by a permit of 500 riders and features the Peterson Ridge Trail System. What sets this event apart is the community of Sisters Oregon with support from Three Creeks Brewing and our bike shop, Blazin Saddles. Come for the fun, fast racing, and the fantastic free kid's race as well for little ones. 

While we may not be quite back to a Horse lead out and Kids race in 2021, we are back in action with Wave Starts depending on how COVID-19 progresses, along with vaccinations. We can always fall back to Self starts.

Thanks to the community, Forest Service, Landowners, and sponsors for making this event possible.

For Immediate Release: Three Creeks Brewing Co. is proud to present Hazy Falls Pale Ale in cans and draft! This hazy pale ale features notes of tropical fruit, citrus and resinous pine created by juicy, fruit-forward hops: Lotus, Citra, Sultana and the new Trident hop blend. It has an ABV of 5.5% and an IBU of 45. The 2-row barley, white wheat, honey malt, flaked barley and oats add a soft malt base with a touch of sweetness.

As you've probably heard, the State of Oregon has lessened restrictions for indoor dining effective today, so we're ready to have you join us for a delicious meal, drinks (beer + brand new Sisters Hard Seltzer - on draft), cocktails, wine, soda, juice and more), salads, appetizers, dessert, gluten free + vegetarian options and more!

We are still be abiding by state/local regulations, and we thank you all so much for your patience, kindness and support over the past year (and longer)...we literally could not have done it without you visiting, eating our food and drinking our beer...you rock and are so appreciated!!!
