This IPA attacks your palate with a full on assault of Amarillo, Bravo and Centennial hops. 20% Rye malt provides a spicy balance to the intense citrus notes, while a clean dry finish begs another pint.

Stonefly Session Ale
A classic unfiltered beer made with 20% Rye malt along with a splash of Honey malt and all Liberty hops creating a crisp beer loaded with spicy lemon notes and medium body.

Firestorm Red Ale
A complex blend of Munich and Crystal malts along with Cluster, Amarillo and Chinook hops results in a ruby hued, well balanced beer packed with Northwest hop flavor that honors our “Soot Blackened Heroes!”

TenPine Chocolate Porter
We amped up our popular FivePine Chocolate Porter by adding double the chocolate malt and double the dark Belgian chocolate in the boil. The result? A true dessert beer with a full body and intense chocolate flavor. A chocoholic’s dream!

This beefy Northwest style Ale is built on a base of German Munich and British malts, then heavily hopped. Crystal, Special B and Carabohemian malts along with a 3 hour boil contribute loads of plumlike dark fruit flavor and brown sugar notes.

Vaquero Imperial IPA
Brewed in the Northwest tradition with over 4 lbs per barrel of Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo, Bravo, and Citra all “hop bursted” in the kettle and then dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hops. This new school IPA pours a hazy golden color and features bright zesty and piney aromas with some tropical fruit, clean dry bitterness and massive amounts of hop flavor.

Frontier Justice Coffee Stout
This collaboration with Sisters Coffee Roasters features 1 lb per barrel of their special roast. The base beer is a huge Imperial Stout brewed with 10 different malts and all Cascade hops. The final beer is dominated by rich coffee aroma and flavor.

Conelick’r Fresh Hop Ale
Our annual fresh hop pale features 300 lbs of wet Centennial hops from BC Farms in Woodburn, Oregon. The hops go from farm to brew kettle in 4 hours. The abundance of hop resins create a spiciness along with the classic orange rind notes of the fresh Centennial.
While brite and full of refreshing citrus, it has a little bit more alcohol kick to it.
